Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is not just a “special treat.”

Together Chiropractic and Massage facilitate the natural healing process by keeping the body in proper alignment. This ensures a free flow of nerve impulses and circulation of fluids.

Meet Georgia Moore, Licensed Massage Therapist and fitness enthusiast. Georgia’s love of caring for others developed at a young age while working in her family’s personal care home. While assisting residents with daily care, she witnessed the impact of positive human touch. Georgia’s career in Corporate America left her unfilled thus, reigniting her passion for helping others. She graduated from the Gwinnett College of Sandy Springs with certifications in: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chair and Neuromuscular massage. She is passionate about learning and has advanced certification in Massage Cupping, Kinesiology Taping (RockTape), and Pre- and Peri-natal massage.

Georgia performs a therapeutic massage by incorporating a variety of modalities, techniques and resources into her massages in order to achieve the desired outcome. While this type of massage is often relaxing, the end goal of the session or series of sessions is not relaxation. “I like to think that massage therapists are miracle workers but, the truth is that we are just facilitators of change. The true miracle worker is our body. It has the ability to adapt to all things; good and bad. Change takes time, commitment and effort on the client's part.”
