Hello. Welcome to May. Is it not one of the most welcome and beautiful months in Atlanta? Great temperatures and no bugs! 🙂 Ok…now this is critical to your health! It has occurred to me that many, if not most of you are not breathing properly. I have started to check everyone to make sure you are using diaphragmatic breathing. Most of you are breathing from your neck and shoulders. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diaphragmatic_breathing You are not designed to use your shoulders as muscles of respiration. If you do, your neck and shoulders will stay tight and it will lead to chronic neck and shoulder tension.
